Terms and Conditions for WoodInspire's Goa Return Ticket Offer:
1. Eligibility: This offer is valid for customers who make a single purchase of furniture or furnishings totalling INR 1 Lakh or more at WoodInspire's Gurugram store.
2. Offer Limitation: Only one return ticket to Goa will be provided per transaction of INR 1 Lakh or more. Multiple tickets will not be issued for transactions exceeding INR 1 Lakh.
3. Limited Period: This offer is valid for a limited period as specified by WoodInspireand may be subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
4. Exclusion of Additional Discounts: No additional discounts or promotions apply to this offer. It cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or schemes.
5. Ticket Details: WoodInspire reserves the right to determine the choice of airline, flight, and time period for the provided return ticket to Goa. Customers do not have the option to select their preferred airline or flight schedule.
6. Ticket Amendments: Once the details of the provided ticket have been communicated to the customer, no changes or amendments to the ticket, including but not limited to the date, time, or passenger details, will be possible.
7. Travel Expenses: The return ticket to Goa covers only the airfare for the journey from Delhi to Goa and the return leg. Any other expenses, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, transportation, and activities, are not included in this offer and will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. Ticket Transferability: The return ticket to Goa is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
9. Compliance: Customers must comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the airline and relevant authorities for the travel to and from Goa. WoodInspire will not be liable for any issues arising from the customer's failure to adhere to these regulations.
10. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
11. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this offer, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
